Prefabricated Buildings Company, specializing in prefabricated buildings and steel structures, was established in the 1970s and quickly became the leader in its field in Jordan. The success of Maani Prefab led to the development of three equally successful companies, which together constitute Maani Ventures. 

Prefabricated Buildings Co. comprises two business lines:  The first,   Maani Prefab producing prefabricated buildings, communication shelters and camp site solutions and the second is Maani Steel producing pre-engineered steel buildings and structural steel solutions.
